How to Translate

Please follow these steps in order to translate the Configurator:

1. Download and install: Poedit
   
2. Download the English base file: Media:English_RoRConfigurator.po
   
3. Translate, and remember to press the save button from time to time!
   Please only translate into a language you speak fluent. We do not want broken/wrong translations.
   Also note: please try to fix errors in the file, so we have less work.
   Note: Always use the shortest available terms, as you do not get more space as the English variant. Only translate things that are existing in the English version, do not add your own ideas/test.
4. Find the 2 letter language code (ISO 639-1, the first column) for your language: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes
   
5. Add/update the row in the table below this:
   
   1. add the full language name in the first column
      
   2. add the 2 letter country code in the second
      
   3. add the names of all contributors (with email addresses if possible) in the 3rd column
      IMPORTANT: add a valid contact information, so we can contact you
      
   4. write down what version you translated in the fourth colum
      
   5. write down how much you translated in the fifth column (100% = everything)
   6. in the sixth column, write [[Media:LannguageName_RoRConfigurator.po]] (replace Language with the correct name)
      
   7. Add comments or anything to the last column
      
      
6. save the page and click on the new red link (Language_RoRConfigurator.po) to upload your language file.
